We do offer the following services for rental management
- We will advertise and take application from potential tenants.
- We will screen the tenants with traditional and conventional methods. In depth tenant screening and background checks: Credit, criminal, employment, income verification, and nationwide eviction search.
- Assure asset protection: We implement thorough move in/move out procedures and documentation.
- Our management fee is 10% of the gross monthly rent and any other rental income.
- Our transaction fee is $75 for each new lease. We will collect the rent directly for tenant bank account through ACH or they have the option to deposit in Excel Realty escrow account.
- We will service all the repairs and maintenance needed. Maintenance and construction: We can handle everything from minor make readies and repairs to full remodels at the most competitive prices.
- We will do all the evictions. Any charges to the landlord for eviction court costs will be case by case.
- Landlord will not be having any direct contact with tenants and we will keep the landlord information confidential. We operate all our business based on the guidelines provided by the state agency, Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC).
